Processing Time

Many of our items are handmade or produced by a trusted third-party partner. Because of this, please allow 4–7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Quality takes time, and we want every item to meet our standards—and yours.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way. Please note that some items may arrive in separate packages if they’re fulfilled by different partners or made in different locations.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the item:

  • Some items ship with flat-rate or free shipping options.

  • Others are calculated based on weight, package size, and destination at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Changed Your Mind?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange on eligible items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to start the process. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [your email address] within 7 days of receipt with a description and clear photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement item free of charge.

Shipping Costs

At this time, we’re unable to refund original shipping charges. However, replacement items will always ship free.
