This photo was taken at Democrat Point in Robert Moses State Park. We often visit in the summer evenings, and you never know what you’ll find along the beach. People have all kinds of setups—some fishing, some camping, others just relaxing with friends—but it’s always a great time. The saying reminds me to stay positive because you never know when the tide will change. Tip: Check the high tide schedule before heading to the beach—LOL!
